Facials are an excellent way to maintain smooth, clear, healthy skin. During the facial procedure, your skin will be professionally cleansed. You will receive a professional facial massage, which will help maintain your skin elasticity and firmness. The exfoliation will help clear clogged pores and smooth rough skin. The extractions will clear minor breakouts and clogged pores. We only use professional quality products, so your skin will feel smooth, fresh, clean and clear. We will select soothing music to help you relax and leave the stress behind. When you leave the office, you will feel relaxed, refreshed, re-energized!

What type of facials do you offer?

Full European Facial, 60 minutes

The Full facial is a 60 minute, 8 step procedure which includes: 1) Cleansing with Clarisonic Brush 2) Toning 3) Massage with steam 4) Hot Towel 5) Exfoliation 6) Extractions 7) Mask 8) Moisturize and Protect.

Mini European Facial, 30 minutes
The Mini Facial is a 30 minute 5-step procedure which includes: 1) cleansing with Clarisonic Brush, 2) toning 3) massage with steam 4) mask 5) moisturize and protect.

What type of products do you use?
We only use the highest quality professional products, including our La-Roche Posay and Biomedic line. Most of our products are professional grade products manufactured in France.

Who performs the facials?
All of our facials are performed by professional, licensed aestheticians.

How often should I have a facial?
To maintain your skin, we recommend getting regular facials every 2-4 weeks.  This is the best possible interval to maintain healthy, glowing skin, to treat minor breakouts when they occur, and to smooth rough, dry skin.

Do you offer packages?
Yes, we offer pre-paid packages. Please inquire directly with our office.

Do you need to make an appointment or can I walk-in for service?
We strongly suggest that you make an appointment to ensure timely service. Since we are located in the mall, we always take walk-ins, however, walk-ins are taken on a first come, first served basis, and you may need to wait if you do not have an appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Do you have makeup I can apply after the service?
Yes, we have a makeup counter where you can apply makeup after your service if that is what you wish.

During the service, the aesthetician used a product that I really like, can I buy it?
Yes, we sell most of the products that we use during the facial. Please ask your aesthetician what she used and she should be able to sell it to you.
